3. Products and Pricing
We make every effort to display our products, prices and availability as accurately as possible. Prices are shown in your selected currency and may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Occasionally errors may occur; if we discover a pricing error after you have ordered, we will contact you before proceeding.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm your order and take payment, at which point a contract is formed between you and us. If a product becomes unavailable after you have ordered, we will notify you and refund that item in full.
5. Payment
We accept payments through our secure checkout provider. Payment is taken in full at the time of order confirmation. Your payment details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to the delivery address you provide at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
7. Returns and Exchanges
You may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items marked as final sale, personalised items, and intimate or hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned unless faulty. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return.
8. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, product designs and branding, is the property of HOTEA ATHLETES or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any of it without our written permission.
10. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HOTEA ATHLETES is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights or our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This does not affect your mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
